1. About ViralPrep

ViralPrep is an AI-powered content analysis service operated by Napari Media LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), a New York limited liability company. By creating an account or purchasing a membership, you (“you” or “member”) agree to these Terms & Conditions.

ViralPrep analyses videos and slideshows to provide predicted virality scores, engagement metrics, and actionable improvement recommendations. Our predictions are generated by AI and are estimates only — we do not guarantee any specific performance or outcome on any social media platform.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use ViralPrep. By registering, you represent that you meet this requirement. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that do not meet eligibility requirements.

3. Membership and billing

ViralPrep offers paid membership plans. By subscribing you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the plan you select.

• Weekly plan: billed every 7 days. Renews automatically unless cancelled.
• Monthly plan: billed every 30 days. Renews automatically unless cancelled.

Prices are displayed at checkout and may be updated with notice. You will be charged the price shown at the time of your purchase or renewal.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to ViralPrep until then.

5. Refund policy

All membership fees are non-refundable. Access to AI content analysis is granted immediately upon payment — by proceeding you acknowledge that the service has been delivered and waive any right to a refund. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us within 7 days at [email protected] and we will review your case.

6. No guarantee of results

ViralPrep provides AI-generated predictions and recommendations to help you improve your content. We do not guarantee that following our recommendations will result in any specific view count, follower growth, engagement rate, or viral outcome on TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or any other platform.

Social media algorithms change frequently and are outside our control. Results mentioned in our marketing materials reflect general expectations and are not guaranteed outcomes. Your actual results will vary.

7. Uploaded content

You retain full ownership of any videos or images you upload to ViralPrep. By uploading content you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process that content solely for the purpose of generating your analysis report. We do not publish, distribute, sell, or use your content for any other purpose. Files are deleted after processing is complete.

You represent that you own or have the right to upload any content you submit, and that it does not infringe any third-party intellectual property rights or violate any law.

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Share your account or login credentials with others
• Upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from ViralPrep
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce ViralPrep's AI analysis system
• Use ViralPrep for any unlawful purpose

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without refund.

9. Intellectual property

All content on ViralPrep — including the AI analysis system, design, text, and code — is owned by Napari Media LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of ViralPrep without our written permission.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Napari Media LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ViralPrep, including any loss of revenue or business opportunity based on our predictions. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the 3 months prior to the claim.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

ViralPrep is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated predictions are estimates only and may not reflect actual platform performance. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by notice on the site. Continued use of ViralPrep after the effective date of changes constitutes acceptance.
